Last Week

On Monday, I took the day off. 

Went to the park to enjoy the sun.

 On Tuesday, Tayshaun picked out a larger bike

...training wheel-less.

Unfortunately, he was still grounded so didn't get to

try it yet.  I'm hoping that having this bike

sitting in the garage will be incentive to help him

make better choices.  We'll see if it works.

Wednesday. 

 Couldn't help myself.  I had to join the other

6.7 million people to pick up the Avatar DVD this week.

So of course, it was movie night at home. 

We love this movie!

Thursday night.  

Went to Shalyse's scentsy party.

I have no willpower. Another warmer, plug in,

and lots of new scents...honey pear cider,

vanilla suede, satin sheets, 

peligro, vanilla walnut.

Friday... this has been the week 

for weather advisories...freezing one day 

and windy another.

This crazy weather lasted through Saturday.  

It doesn't look like

they'll be any t-ball this week.

Bummer.  Tayshaun wasn't very happy about that.

But he did try out his bike today.

Saturday, I hosted the boxing match.

 It was fun having everyone over.  

I didn't win the betting pot.

Sunday was a lazy day.

We hung out at Mom's darling, 

new, cozy condo most of the morning.

And didn't get off the couch in the afternoon.

I NEVER watch tv. But today,

the tv was on the entire day. Jazz game, 

Die Hard 1,2, 3... Flap Jack and Wii.  All day!

I wished I had Mondays off every week!

So off to bed, tomorrow is Monday again.

Dang it!  That means the first day of my diet again...

hope I can last until Friday this week.

I gotta put on my swimsuit soon.

Tayshaun's already outfitted for the pool.

Old Navy has great trunks this year.
